The Stellendal Guest House provided a database with all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. It was extremely convenient to have access to a kitchen/lounge area within the cottage, which made it feel like a home away from home. The queen size bed in the room was absolutely fantastic, providing a comfortable and restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring Somerset West.
One minor complaint I had about the cottage was that the shower/toilet doors were sliding doors and did not close securely. This could be a bit inconvenient, especially when staying with friends or family and privacy is desired.

the friendly and helpful staff made my stay comfortable. the cozy, clean rooms and common areas were inviting, and the beautiful swimming pool was a great feature. Conveniently located, with Cape Town only 30 minutes away and vineyards close by, this guesthouse is a great place to explore the area.
I found the ceiling fan in my room to be quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The property has a beautiful garden and the beds are huge and comfortable. the breakfast is exquisite and has a variety of hot food cooked to order, along with a buffet of fruit and breads.
The shower floors are a bit slippery in some rooms and some of the fans squeak. some rooms lack a desk or table and a fridge or TV, making it difficult who need to work or stay connected.

We spent our Christmas holiday in a cozy little inn that had a beautiful garden and a warm little pool. The rooms were clean and there was enough storage space for our luggage. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and they offered us a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.
Although we liked the location, we felt a little uncomfortable walking around the streets at night, especially as there were not many street lights. The room we stayed in was a bit small and stuffy, and there was no air-conditioning.
